Mondays / Wednesdays 10:50 am
Dancers at this age are introduced to the joy of creative movement in a fun and encouraging way. Children will begin to learn the elements of creative movement and ballet while working on socialization skills, development of coordination, strength, balance, musicality, and following instructions all while having fun! This is a drop-off class, and parents are encouraged to wait outside the studio. As this may be the child’s first drop-off class, parents are allowed inside the classroom until the child is entirely comfortable trying class on their own.
Ages 3-4 years
Wednesday / Fridays 3:45 pm
Dancers at that age are transitioning into a more structured class. They will learn how to take turns, explore creative and structured movement, all while learning French ballet terminology. This class, as well as all Ballet Beans classes, are geared towards a fun and encouraging environment supporting both girl and boy dancers!
Ages 4 1/2- 6 years
Fridays 4:45-5:30 pm
This class is geared towards dancers who are interested in a more focused ballet class. Students will work on barre work, across the floor, proper alignment, spotting, balance, and coordination, as well as still being encouraged to move freely and creatively. We always encourage ballet to be a fun and inviting practice for all!
From a young age, I knew I was going to dedicate my life to learning and teaching. As my career progressed, I realized that there’s nothing that I love more than sharing my knowledge with others.
These days, I’m fully dedicated to my students. I believe that education in the 21st century should focus on exploration, questioning, and learning new skills. I thrive on my student’s curiosity and take great pride in watching them grow and evolve. If you want to learn more about my classes and my methodology, my door is always open.
